About Our Services. Hometown Comfort Care offers Personal Care Assistance, Companion Care, Medication Management, Mobility Assistance, Post-Hospital Recovery. The information on this Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Hometown Comfort Care or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hometown Comfort Care's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Hometown Comfort Care in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Hometown Comfort Care from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. GA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in GA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
